Rules to the Officials Incentive Program:
Team Development Scholarship money coming from the NCWSA or WCWSA will be divided evenly based on shares by earning, upgrading, and working as rated officials at NCWSA tournaments. The following shares breakdown as follows:

At the end of the ski year, events worked and new ratings will be added up per team for total shares, and the scholarship divided up accordingly.
