Each year, the WCWSA hosts a winter conference in which all teams send at least one representative to participate in an interactive and informative meeting. The meeting discusses new rules passed at the national governing level, proposed rules and amendments to be voted on by the team representatives, select a schedule of local regional tournaments, and vote on new board and committee members.
